HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY APPOINTMENT/ PARTY?
We recommend booking as soon as your date is confirmed, especially for bridal and high-demand weekends. For weddings, securing your artist 6–12 months in advance ensures availability.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE?
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations and reschedules must be made in accordance with our booking terms, which will be provided in your proposal. Please note that deposits are non-refundable, and date changes are subject to artist availability.
DO YOU TRAVEL TO MY LOCATION?
Yes. Our artists provide on-location services throughout Chicago and beyond. Travel fees may apply and will be included in your personalized quote.
HOW DO I SECURE MY BOOKING?
Once you’ve reviewed your custom proposal, a signed agreement and non-refundable deposit are required to reserve your date and time. Availability is not guaranteed until both are received.
